Nancy Griffin

Nancy Griffin is a lifelong resident of Cherokee County, Georgia, and a proud graduate of Cherokee High School. Her career in real estate law began early through her high school’s business work program, where she had the opportunity to work alongside Chris Geiger. Under his guidance, Nancy gained hands-on experience in all facets of real estate matters, igniting a passion for the field that continues to this day.
In 2000, Nancy officially joined Geiger Legal Group, LLC as a full-time paralegal. With over 25 years of experience, she has played an integral role in helping hundreds of clients successfully navigate the home buying and selling process. Her work is marked by dedication, deep industry knowledge, and a commitment to client care.
Nancy holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Appalachian Technical College and earned her Paralegal Certificate from Kennesaw State University. She also spent time working in the banking industry, gaining valuable insight into loan operations from the lender’s perspective—an experience that further enriched her real estate expertise.
Nancy and her husband, Brad, live in Canton, Georgia. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family—especially cheering on their daughter, Erin, a dedicated teacher and high school softball coach. Supporting Erin in both the classroom and on the field is one of Nancy’s greatest joys.
