Chad Phillips
Chad doesn’t just practice law — he takes it personally. At Geiger, Chad represents individuals and families in personal injury and civil justice cases, with a particular passion for advocating for victims and standing up for fundamental rights. He believes the law should work for people, not against them, and he approaches every case with care, determination, and respect.
Chad is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and earned his Juris Doctor from Nashville School of Law, where he built a practical, hands-on foundation in litigation and client advocacy. He is also a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of the South, an experience that shaped his discipline, sense of responsibility, and commitment to service—values that continue to guide his legal practice today.
What truly sets Chad apart is how he treats his clients. He believes that when someone puts their trust in him, they deserve honesty, accessibility, and an advocate who sees them as more than just a case file. At Geiger, Chad has found a firm that supports those values and encourages him to do his best work for the people who need it most.
Outside the office, Chad is a proud girl dad who firmly believes that family always comes first. When he’s not working on cases, he enjoys spending time with his family, getting involved in his community, and working on hands-on projects that reflect his love for problem-solving. That same dedication carries into his work, where he strives to treat every client like family and fight for outcomes that truly matter.
